Advantage Computing prides itself in helping the community. We’re now providing direct support to individuals interested in accessing Advantage services and staff, when there is availability. As an individual, we will add you to our systems and provide you up to 30 minutes of remote L1 support from our staff, as well as enterprise-grade antivirus software for a yearly fee.
- Remote Monitoring of your Personal Computer, including Windows Updates (PCs only)

- Level 1 Technical Support billed at $125/hr, in 1/10 hour increments
$85 – First Computer
$50 – Additional Computers
* All support must be scheduled in advance – emergency support is only available if a technician is available.
Please note that we may not be able to provide computer repair/hardware troubleshooting for computers that we do not sell, or custom built systems. While we are happy to attempt, we may be unable to source parts or troubleshoot issues that requires specialized equipment.
