- Can work independently but don’t hesitate to ask for help
IT support isn’t glamorous. Some days are smooth. Some days are busy and unpredictable. Our clients call when something’s broken or stressful — and they’re counting on us to steady the ship.
We trust our team to do their jobs well. You’ll have room to grow, learn new systems, and think through real problems. We also believe work should stay reasonable — burnout doesn’t help anyone.
