Minimum Salary: $24.00/hr; salary beyond minimum commensurate with education & experience


  • Serve as primary contact with new and existing clients (in-person/phone/email) and connect them with the appropriate consultant
  • Maintain database of client information
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and create support tickets
  • Create and maintain both digital and hardcopy filing systems
  • AP/AR data entry and deposit preparation (in coordination with Bookkeeper)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail; retrieve packages from off-site delivery center
  • Generate Invoices on a monthly basis
  • Order office supplies and assist in inventory maintenance as needed
  • Monitor service requests and project deadlines
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings
  • Coordinate long-term projects between consultants and assist with schedule management as requested
  • Track overdue and late tickets and assist in follow-up from consultant
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Contributes to team’s success through effective communication and high quality work
  • Other administrative duties as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years experience in a similar role/industry or professional project management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills both orally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Intermediate to advanced user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with customer service software or support ticketing systems a plus
  • Able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail
