Schedule: Two-week training period – Tue. through Thurs. 12:30-4:00 PM. After training – To be arranged based on mutual agreement.
Training: The project coordinator will be your training go to person.
Pay: $16-$17 DOE
What you will be doing: Organize and label parts and other inventory, enter parts information into a database, answer phones, filing, cleaning/sanitizing, and other duties as assigned. Duties can shift based on customer need. Greet and assist walk in customers as needed.
Required skills: Ability to type accurately using a computer or other device, knowledge of Windows and the Internet to research and navigate documents, cloud programs and print information. Experience with ConnectWise a ++!
Ability to lift 1-5 pounds frequently and occasionally 30-50 pounds
Sit and stand on a frequent basis
Ability to quickly shift duties on a frequent basis
Authorization to work in the US: Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the US via completion of a I-9 form.
